We do not guarantee specific outcomes or interactions from the accounts we provide. The services may involve engagement from accounts that are not actively managed by real, unique individuals. The metrics (e.g., followers, likes, views) may decrease over time. Hypewave is not responsible for any such drops or fluctuations.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To use our services, you must create an account by providing a username, email, and password, or by using Google sign-in.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
4. Use of Services
4.1. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable social media platform terms of service.
4.2. You will not use our services for any unlawful purposes or to upload content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
4.4. You agree not to place orders on accounts that contain illegal or defamatory content. You are solely responsible for the content of the target account.
4.5. We reserve the right to monitor user activity and to remove any user or cancel any order that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or in violation of these terms, without providing a refund.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1. Our services operate on a prepaid basis. Users can add funds to their account and purchase services through our self-service dashboard.
5.2. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5.3. We currently accept cryptocurrency as our payment method.
5.4. Funds added to your account are non-refundable.
5.5. We do not offer refunds for completed orders. If an order is marked as non-deliverable due to an issue on our end, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit to your Hypewave account balance. This credit will be non-refundable and can only be used for other services on our platform.
6. Privacy Policy

- Information provided through Google sign-in (as made available by Google)

8. Disputes and Chargebacks
8.1. By using our services, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason.
8.2. Filing a dispute or chargeback may result in termination of your account and removal of services provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Affiliate Program
10.1. Hypewave offers an affiliate program that allows partners to earn commissions by referring customers to our services.
10.2. Affiliate commission rates are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify commission rates without prior notice.
10.3. In the event of any changes to affiliate commission rates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected affiliates via email or through our affiliate dashboard.
10.4. Affiliates are prohibited from using their own referral link to create an account or purchase services for their own use. Commissions generated from such self-referrals are invalid and will be voided. Violation of this policy may be grounds for the termination of the affiliate account.
